East Pines :Modern Cabin in nature

We needed to get away for a while, and we had been talking about revisiting South Dakota. I found this property on Expedia, and the photos do not do it justice. When we arrived, the property manager was taking care of the lawn. He was very kind and welcoming. The house is beautiful, and was absolutely spotless. It is incredibly well equipped for a family stay. If you enjoy seeing wildlife out the window, you are in luck! If you want an amazing back deck to relax, you're all set! Lastly, the owners/managers were wonderful at keeping open lines of communication throughout the process. We book properties like this (read: no hotels) almost exclusively, and rarely have we found such an accommodating owner. If we come back to the Black Hills area again, East Pines will be at the top of a very short list.

Everything was so clean and unbelievably stocked. This is a beautiful place and the setting was gorgeous. Wild animals in the morning while having a cup of coffee on the front porch. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

This place exceeded all expectations! The home was very clean and well furnished. Views are beautiful. Peaceful setting. The little backyard area was very enjoyable. Deer, turkeys, and rabbits in the yard every day. The cooler temps at night made the hot tub very enjoyable after long days exploring Custer State Park and Badlands National Park. Loved that the furnished grill was a pellet grill! This home helped make my first visit to South Dakota extremely enjoyable! I absolutely LOVE it here! I cannot wait for a return visit!

Everything about this stay and home was amazing!!

We loved our time at the cabin. It’s beautiful, clean, and love the secluded location but in close proximity to the tourist sites. My kids loved the hot tub and daily wildlife in the front yard.
