Castleton Cottage

Good and clean. It's a bit creaky since it's older, but it's a great place.

Property was clean, host responsive. A quieter air conditioner and small fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition but all in all clean, convenient and neat several of the state’s tourist stops. Everything well stocked and on premises.

House was as expected, clean and accommodating. Hosts were very responsive.

The property was very clean. We had issues with the toilet upon arrival. Both of my kids had to use the bathroom when we arrived and found out the toilet would not flush. I immediately contacted the host who asked us to take a video and try to fix on our own. Then we had to go overnight with some do it ourself fix and wait until the next day when a maintenance person could come and fix. I found that to be completely inappropriate. It did get fixed and the rest of the visit was satisfactory however I have rented from many vrbo’s and this was not good service. Also I didn’t find the neighborhood to be very good either.

A very family-friendly home very close to downtown Rapid City. My family would stay again!
