Cozy Stay in the Heart of Rapid City

The heating was not centralized and noisey. The beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Almost every place we stay at has only toxic teflon pans to use. Many stay in a vrbo to avoid unnecessary toxiciy. There will be a growing movement to use safe cookware. I encourage you to lead the way. Shower was small but adequate: nice pressure and hot water. It met our needs for this stay. We really appreciated accommodation of our equest for early entry and a 2 hour extension on our stay due to the Interstate closed.

Parking was easy, close to The Monument. Was what my family of 3 needed for the night!

Communication with the host was fantastic. They responded quickly while ensuring our needs were met. The home itself was very cute. We stayed in the lower section of the house but there is an upper area you can rent. The amenities more than met our needs as they look to be recently renovated. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

When we booked, The listing stated “you are in your own house with no shared walls…”. This is a duplex sharing walls. You’re in a redone basement. It’s a downstairs apartment with renters upstairs who are very loud. They since changed the listing. In addition, i have no idea why people are rating this place as clean. Absolutely not clean and honestly pretty sloppy renovation. Trash left in the yard near the shed. If that kind of stuff doesn’t bother you, go for it- but we Wish we would have left before check out.

The place was close to everything we needed! It was very well appointed with everything you might need and their response to any issues was great! I would stay here again.
