Just the right size for two and our dog. Very conveniently located in town. Quiet and relaxing.

We had a rough time with this unit. The outside furniture was dirty so we couldn't use it. The couch rolled to the center when you sat on it-very uncomfortable. The accent pillows were busted at the seams. The leather chair had zero padding-very uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were extremely limited-two forks and 2 coffee cups and a dirty coffee maker. The extremely loud ac is directly over bed(not shown in listing photos) This unit needs a major refresh and different placement for the AC unit. Very over priced.
